Can Mind-Body Practices Change Lab Values?


Check out the summary of a new study showing that yoga, meditation qi gong, and other mind-body practices can actually change what is going on in your physical body. Type 2 diabetics achieved a 1% reduction in blood glucose through consistent yoga. This is comparable to the diabetes drug metformin, which lowers blood glucose about 1.1%. Learn more at this link.
