Mentorship is focused on guiding you to create a lifestyle of wellness and sustainability, rather than “fixing” a symptom or medical problem. It is particularly focused on creating a personal environment and mind-body-spirit wellbeing to support your journey through conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or autoimmune disorders. It also supports “getting back on track” if you feel “off” or optimization if you are otherwise well.

Committing to a Body Tuning Mentorship is not like a doctor’s visit, nor a series of treatments. It is a full encounter, no-holds barred engagement with your own personalized version of what it means to be fully alive.
