The healthcare providers at Whole Health Solutions give you access to the most advanced healthcare available. Our intention is to provide you with the most complete information and services to empower you to turn on fundamental healing in your body and mind. In order to give you the broadest options obtainable, we provide all services as fee-for-service. This means fees are due at the time of the service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. At your visit, you will receive an Encounter Form which lists codes and charges you may use to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Because we do not limit our recommendations to what insurance companies decide to cover, it may be helpful for you to learn about what your plan covers as deductibles, co-pays, and “medically necessary” coverage. Consultation fees are often reimbursable as “out-of-network”. For more information on how to get reimbursement, click here.
